Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan Sebelum Dan Sesudah Spin Off Unit Usaha Syariah Ke Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of five sharia banks in Indonesia (BNI
Syariah, BRI Syariah, BJB Syariah, Bank Syariah Bukopin, and Bank BTPN Syariah) twelve quarters
before spin-off activity and twelve quarters after spin-off activity. The method used in this research
was Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test with three ratios: ROA, FDR, and BOPO. The result of this study is
that, there was no significant difference with the probability greater than 0.05 percen; while for CAR
and FDR, there was a significant difference with probability lower than 0.05 percen. the other
purpose of this study was also to find out the difference between pure separation and separation
through acquisition and conversion. the results of the research on ROA, is that there was no
significant difference between pure separation with separation through acquisition and conversion;
where as for the FDR and BOPO ratios, there is a significant difference between pure separation
and separation through acquisition and conversion.
