Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Kue Basah Di Indonesia
The food industry is projected to remain one of the mainstay sectors
supporting manufacturing and national economic growth. The important role of
this strategic sector can be seen from its consistent and significant contribution to
the gross domestic product (GDP) of the non-oil and gas industry and increased
investment realization. This study aims to determine the effect of raw materials,
labor, and capital in the development of wet industry in Indonesia and to
determine the variability of wet industry industrikue in Indonesia.
The location of the study was conducted in Indonesia. The type of data is
quantitative data. The type of data used in the study is secondary data. The data
analysis method used is the documentation technique. The data analysis technique
used is multiple linear regression.
Based on the results of the study that simultaneously variable raw
materials (X1), labor (X2), capital (X3) together have a significant effect on the
production value of the cake industry in Indonesia. Partially, the regression
results show the regression efficiency on the labor variable (X2) has a negative
and not significant effect on the value of the production of the wet cake industry in
Indonesia. Regression results show the regression coefficients on the raw material
variables (X1) and capital (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the
production value of the cake industry in Indonesia. The most dominant variable
influencing the production value of the cake industry in Indonesia with multiple
linear regression analysis is the capital variable.
