The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the long-term and shortterm
effects of Third Party Funds (DPK), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on
Islamic Banking Financing in Dumai City Period 2013(Q4) - 2019(Q4). This
research was conducted in Dumai by measuring the effect of Third Party Funds
(DPK), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on Islamic Banking Financing in
Dumai City Period 2013(Q4) -2019(Q4).
The data used in this research are secondary time series. The method
used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. The analysis model
used is multiple regression analysis. The data analysis technique used is the error
correction model (ECM).
The results of the analysis show that in the long run, third party funds
(DPK) and financing to deposit ratio (FDR) have a positive and significant effect
on Islamic banking financing in Dumai City for the 2013(Q4) - 2019(Q4) period.
In the short term, third party funds (DPK) and Financing to deposit ratio (FDR)
also have a positive and significant impact on Islamic banking financing in Dumai
City for the 2013(Q4) - 2019(Q4) period.
