Analisis Efisiensi Penggunaan Faktor Faktor Produksi Industri Bordir Komputer Di Kota Pekanbaru

The computer embroidery industry in the city of pekanbaru is one of the
small and medium industries that has the potential to spur the growth of the
industrial sector in the city of pekanbaru. One of the things that drives the level of
production of the computer embroidery industry in the city of pekanbaru is the
icreasing population growth and the increasing number of agencies and
companies, schools and individual groups that are increasingly adding to the
number of orders coming for the computer embroidery business. However the
addition of the factors of production to a certain degree does not always increase
the value of production.
This research was conducted on the computer embroidery industry in the
city of pekanbaru which aims to determine the level of efficiency of the use of
factors in the computer embroidery industry in the city of pekanbaru. The purpose
of this research is to analyze the level of technical efficiency, price efficiency, and
economic efficiency in the computer embroidery industry in the city of pekanbaru
and determine the return to scale of the computer embroidery industry in the city
of pekanbaru. The population of this study is registered in the industry and trade
office of the city of pekanbaru, which is as much as 19 enterpreneurs using all of
the entire population as a research sample data analysis was performed using the
cobb-douglas production function, and testing efficienc, both technical efficiency,
price efficiency, economic efficiency with the help of frontier vertion software
4.1c.
The results showed that technical efficiency was 0,79631049, price
efficiency was 45,09098, and economic efficiency was 35,90683. While the return
to scale value was 1.732. means that the computer embroidery industry in the city
of pekanbaru experiences a rule of increasing return to scale. with this value of
economic efficiency greater than one means the efficiency of the use of the factors
of production has not been achieved. So as to achieve overall efficiency it is
necessary to add proportional inputs.
