Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Ibu Rumah Tangga Eks Transmigrasi Untuk Bekerja (Studi Kasus Di Desa Tanjung Beludu Kecamatan Kelayang Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu)

This research was conducted in the village of Tanjung Beludu, Kelayang
Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency on ex transmigration housewives who worked. This
study aims to determine and analyze the influence of husband's income level factors, age
of housewives, and household expenditure on the decision of transmigration housewives
to work in Tanjung Beludu Village, Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
This study uses primary and secondary data with a total sample of 80
respondents. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with multiple linear
regression analysis techniques.
From the results of the tests that have been carried out, the simultaneous
regression test (Test F) shows that all the independent variables studied have a
significant effect on the decision variable of the transmigration housewives to work.
Partial regression test (t Test) showed that the variable level of income of the husband
and the age of the housewife had a negative and significant influence on the decision of
the ex-transmigration housewife to work. While the variable of household expenditure
has a positive and significant influence on the decision of the ex-transmigration
housewives to work.
