Strategi Komunikasi Surveyor Dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Di Pt. Adira Finance Pekanbaru
Communication strategy is a combination of communication planning with communication management to achieve predetermined goals. To succeed in achieving these goals, the communication strategy must be able to carry out practical operational steps, for that reason, the communication strategy determines whether the communication is effective or not.This study aims to determine the surveyor's strategy in increasing sales, using and selecting media and to find out the surveyor’s strategy to determine the audience in increasing sales at PT. Adira Finance Pekanbaru.
This research is a descriptive study that uses a qualitative approach as a tool of analysis. This research is focused on the surveyor’s at PT. Adira Finance Pekanbaru. Observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique the writer uses in this research is descriptive qualitative.
The findings of the research on the Communication Strategy Surveyor's in Increasing Sales at PT. Adira Finance Pekanbaru are: 1) surveyor's strategy in increasing sales at PT. Adira Finance Pekanbaru is by holding exhibitions or making many promotions on social media to increase sales. Service and consumer convenience are also one of the marketing strategies to increase sales at PT. Adira Finance Pekanbaru, 2) Surveyor strategy using and selecting media in increasing sales at PT. Adira Finance Pekanbaru is using social media and media leaflets such as brochures and banners. All the media used by the surveyors had their respective targets for weaknesses and strengths. The media that reaches the most audiences is social media. The views of users, 3) The surveyor strategy determines the audience in increasing sales at PT. Adira Finance Pekanbaru is divided into two audiences, namely primary audiences and secondary audiences. The primary audience is creditors who have already made credit at PT. Adira Finance Pekanbaru and the secondary audience are all the wider community in Pekanbaru City and its surroundings.
