Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Komunikasi Internal Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru
The aims of this research are to know the influence effect of headmaster school of leadershipand Internal Communication on teacher performance on the SMA/SMK MuhammadiyahPekanbaru. This research doing on the SMA/SMK MuhammadiyahPekanbaru.Data was collected using the questionnaire and documentation technique.
The number of samples in this research were 127 respondents, selected using census sampling method. This research uses analytical techniques partial correlation and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of research at SMA / SMK Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru with 127 respondents, it shows that the principal's leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance by 0.787 or 62%. In other words, the Leadership of the Principal can explain the Teacher Performance of 0.787 or 62%. Based on the results of research at SMA / SMK Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru, it shows that Internal Communication has a positive effect on Teacher Performance by 0.796 or 63.3%. In other words, Internal Communication can explain Teacher Performance of 0.796 or 63.3%, the remaining 0.204 or 36.7% is explained by other factors. Based on the results of research at SMA / SMK Muhammadiya Pekanbaru, Principal Leadership and Internal Communication simultaneously on Teacher Performance at SMA / SMK Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.898.
