Komunikasi Pimpinan Dalam Membentuk Budaya Kerja Pegawai Untuk Mencapai Tujuan Organisasi Pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau
In organizational communication, one of the most important things is the leadership's communication skills to motivate organizational members to work in order to form a good work culture among members of the organization so that organizational goals can be achieved. if the leadership understands and knows the characteristics of its members, the more comfortable the employees will be working under the direction of the leader. In this study, the authors tried to reveal how leadership communication in shaping employee work culture to achieve organizational goals at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province, while the research objectives were to determine the leadership's communication style and to know the formal and informal communication of leaders in shaping employee work culture to achieve organizational goals at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province. This research uses qualitative methods using observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that; (1) The communication style of the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province can be seen from the communication of objects, touch, body language, and spatial language. In communicating his short and clear delivery makes him friendly but firm; (2) formal communication applied by the head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province in official meetings and activities. Dressing neatly is also one of the formal communications applied; (3) Informal communication is applied by the leadership of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province to dilute the rigid and formal working atmosphere, this informal communication is also applied to build good relations between leaders and employees so as to create a good work culture.
