ABSTRACT
This final project aims to make the types of impellers where these impellers
are used in centrifugal pumps as water turbines. The impeller made consists of
three types, namely open impeller, closed impeller, and half-closed impeller, and
HUB as a connecting component between impeller and shaft. In centrifugal
pumps as water turbines have main components namely water turbines, impellers,
HUB, exhaust lines, drive and transmission systems. Suction and flue channels
use a 4 inch PVC pipe. This impeller was made for testing purposes in its
operation where we can distinguish which impeller is more efficient to use in
water turbines.
