including market fees, amounting to 13.45%, hospital and clinic fees contributed 7.15%,
then terminal fees of 3.36% and building construction fees have a contribution of 18.05%.
Of the 4 sources of revenue from these local user fees, building permits levies are the
largest contributor. This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of buildings and
per capita GRDP on the receipt of building permits fees in Kampar Regency. This study
uses secondary data, namely the years 2010 - 2019. The data analysis method was carried
out by using multiple linear regression analysis method.
Based on the research results, it is known that the number of buildings and PDRB
per capita of Kampar Regency have a simultaneous or simultaneous effect on the receipt
of IMB fees in Kampar Regency. Apart from being simultaneous, the following can be seen
the effect partially, namely the number of buildings has a significant positive effect on IMB
levies in Kampar Regency. Meanwhile, PDRB per capita does not have a positive effect on
receiving IMB retribution in Kampar Regency. The implementation of policies carried out
in Kampar Regency to increase the receipt of IMB levies is to increase public awareness
in managing IMB permits so that the number of buildings that have permits will increase,
this is because the number of buildings determines the amount of IMB levy receipts
themselves.
