Analisis Struktur Penerimaan Daerah Dan Pergeseran Sektor Ekonomi Unggulan Kabupaten Kampar Tahun 2010-2019

This study is aimed to find out the regional income structure in Kampar
and analyze the shift sectors in Kampar year 2010- 2019. PDRB by sector in
Kampar based on the constant range 2010 and economical sector year 2010-
2019 are used as object in this study.
Secondary data is used in this study. Secondary data is supporting data
that are published and gained by books, journals, and so on that are related into
this study or by taking other sources that published by institution which assumed
component: PDRB Kampar Period 10 years and PDRB Riau Year 2010-2019.
Regional income structure in Kampar is still dominated by balancing fund
from Central Government. The Locally Generated revenue is lower than
Balancing Fund and others income. It showed that Kampar in running the
government and economic still rely on Fund from Central Government.
Based on result analysis Location Quotient (LQ) series period 2010-2014,
there were 6 basic sectors with LQ>1 which are: agriculture, forestry and fishery,
mining and excavation, processing industry, real estate, education, health service
and social activity. But in period 2015-2019 only 4 basic sectors appeared:
agriculture, forestry and fishing, mining and excavation, education and education
service. From period 2010-2014 to 2014-2019 there were a shift from processing
industry, health service and social activity.
