The family hope program is a program that providers cash assistance to very poor house holds, this assistance is given to households that have predetermined cinditions. To introduce the family hope program to the community, the social services agency conducts outreach to homes that are classified as very poor by introducing what is the hope family program and what are the benefits for the family. The family hope program launched by the central government since two thousand seven has reduced several factors that cause proverty in the Kuantan Hilir Seberang distric, Kuantan Singingi regency.
This research conducted in Kuantan Hilir Seberang distric, Kuantan Singingi regency. Using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and supported by the communication planning model Assifi and French. Data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation.
After seven years of implementing the hope family program, the planning of the hope family program can be said to be quite successful despite some obstacles. This can be seen from the success of the family hope program that has been implemented in Kuantan Singingi regency. Seen from development of society, namely people who already have business activities with KUBE, and a change in the decrease in KPM. The data obtained came from interviews with imformants based on research informants, both face to face, as well as direct observation by visiting related agencies. This research also conducts literature study to form a description of the results and limit the research data so that it is more focused on the results to be achieved.
