Strategi Komunikasi Dalam Program Rehabilitasi Narkoba Di Kota Pekanbaru (Studi Dalam Institusi Penerimawajib Lapor Yayasan Satu Bumi)

Drug rehabilitation is the way to cure drug abusers for not use it anymore. The bassist for the reporting authority institutions (IPWL) Satu Bumi Foundation is one of the rehabilitation organizations in Pekanbaru to reform the rehabilitation program for drug addicts and drug abusers. Communication strategies in rehabilitation are needed. The elements that support the strategy in the rehabilitation process are the communicators, the communicants / target audience, the messages given, the media used in delivering messages, and the responses obtained from the rehabilitation program. The research aims to know the communicator strategy, audience strategy, message strategy, and message choices IPWL Satu Bumi Foundation in the rehabilitation program.
The research used qualitative methods and served the descriptive analysis, which described the subject condition or object based on the fact. It takes 11 informants and used purposive and accidental sampling technique. The analysis data technique through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis used 4 stages of interaction analysis models, which data collection, data reduction, data organizing, and conclusion. The validity of examination data used triangulation and prolongation participation.
The research results show that the IPWL Satu Bumi foundation chose the communicator strategy, which is credibility, pieces of knowledge, and have a sense of care against the social problem, especially narcotics. The determination of the public in the rehabilitation program by the IPWL Satu Bumi Foundation is drug addicts and drug abusers in Pekanbaru and the outside Pekanbaru city. The messaging strategy is universal through counseling (individual counseling, group counseling, and family), with a home visitation program and the message in the form of persuasion, informative, educative, motivation, and religious. The media choices in the rehabilitation program are media groups, media visuals, and media online. Then, the responses about the rehabilitation program are positive, evidenced by the attitude of changing their clients and the society around The IPWL Satu Bumi Foundation did not distracted.
