Representasi Bahasa Percintaan Dalam Novel Mariposa Karya Luluk Hidayatul Fajriyah
Mariposa novel is a communication medium that raises phenomena that occur in society. The story that is conveyed contains a message that is expected to influence not only the thoughts, but also the attitudes and behavior of the readers. This novel describes how a girl tries to pursue her love with various expressions of the language of love. Love language is a way for someone to express their feelings of love to others. Everyone has their own love language, this is done in order to attract the attention of the partner he loves. Currently, the language of love is not taboo among the people, on the contrary, it is commonplace in Indonesian society. This study used a qualitative method using Roland Barthes' Semiotics theory.
The subjects in this study were the Mariposa novel by Luluk Hidayatul Fajriyah and two loyal readers of the Mariposa novel. The data collection technique was carried out through interviews with two informants using purposive sampling, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used an interactive model by Miles and Huberman with 12 chapters of the data analysis unit in the form of text / sentence / dialogue. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, the researcher used two data checking techniques, namely by extension of participation and using observational persistence.
The results of this study state that there are three meanings of marking, namely denotative meaning in the Mariposa novel, which is described from the interaction of actions between characters in the Mariposa novel. The connotative meaning in Mariposa's novel is depicted from the conversations and actions in Mariposa's novel which depicts the love life of young people today in urban areas. The myths represented in dialogues or sentences or texts in Mariposa's novel are in the form of people's assumptions about romance between women and men. These results are obtained from the use of Roland Barthes' semiotic theory which consists of three levels of funding. The research results also show that there are representations of love language in the Mariposa novel, namely 6 love languages including 1) Infatuated Love, 2) Empty Love, 3) Romantic Love, 4) Fatous Love,
5) Consummate Love, 6) Non Love. Which of the 6 indicators, the results are in the form of a more detailed love language, namely ideal love, sad love language, friendship love language and sincere love language.
