Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja Dan Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Radio Republik Indonesia Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, work discipline and
supervision on employee performance. Collecting data in this study uses
questionnaire survey with the sampling technique for this study using a census
(saturated) by taking all members of the population, then it is used as a sample.
The questionnaire was distributed to 73 respondents of Radio Republik Indonesia
Pekanbaru, so that it can be used and processed as a whole. The collected data
was processed using Multiple Linear Regression between Motivation, Work
Discipline and Supervision of Employee Performance.
The results showed that: 1) motivation has a positive and significant effect
on the performance of Radio Republik Indonesia Pekanbaru employees, 2) work
discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Radio
Republik Indonesia Pekanbaru employees, 3) supervision has a positive and
significant effect on the performance of Radio Republik Indonesia Pekanbaru
employees. , 4) motivation, work discipline and supervision have a positive and
significant effect on the performance of the employees of Radio Republik
Indonesia Pekanbaru.
