Pengaruh Inovasi Produk Dan Citra Destinasi Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Melalui Kepuasan Pengunjung Di Riau Fantasi Labersa Waterpark Kabupaten Kampar
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determines the effects of product inovation and
destination images to competitive advantage through visitors satisfaction in Riau
Fantasi Labersa Waterpark, Kampar. The population in this study includes people
who has been to Riau Fantasi Labersa Waterpark with total sample 100 people.
Primary data was collected by interview and questionnaire as sourceto
prove the results of this research. To test the hypothesis, this study using
Structrural Equipment Model analysis with PLS program. The sampling technique
that has been selected is accidental sampling methode.
The results showed that product inovation and destination images has
positive and significant efects to visitors satisfaction in Riau Fantasi Labersa
Waterpark. Futhermore, product inovation and destination images has positive
and significant efects to competitive advantages in Riau Fantasi Labersa
Waterpark.
