Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Dan Kompetensi Pedagogik Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Sma Negeri 2 Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

This study aims to analyze the effect of Leadership, Motivation and
Pedagogical Competence variables on Teacher Performance. In this study
consisted of 4 variables one dependent variable and three independent variables.
These variables are Teacher Performance, Leadership, Motivation, and
Pedagogical Competence. This research was conducted using the census method
where all members of the population were sampled as many as 51 people. The
analytical method used is the testing of linear regression analysis with the help of
SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 23. Based on hypothesis
testing conducted , Research results show that: 1) Leadership, motivation and
pedagogical competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher
performance; 2) leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher
performance; 3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher
performance: 4) pedagogical competence has a positive and significant effect on
teacher performance.
