Penggunaan Media Kartu Kata Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menulis Pemulaan Siswa Kelas II SDN 164 Pekanbaru
This research is motivated by the low results of the students' early writing in Indonesian in grade II to 164 Pekanbaru. The average value obtained by students before learning using word card media was 72.7 so that it had not reached the specified minimum completeness criteria, namely 75. The purpose of this study was to improve the early writing skills of grade II students of SDN 164 Pekanbaru. Type of research PTK. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative technique. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. The data collected in this study were teacher and student activity data as well as student writing test data on daily tests in each cycle. The results of writing early writing of class II SDN 164 Pekanbaru experienced an increase, namely from a base score of 72.7 increasing in cycle I to 74.67 with a percentage of an increase of 2.7%, then in cycle II it increased again to 91.33% with a percentage increase of 25 , 62%. Judging from the results of this study, it is concluded that the word card media can improve the writing results of the second grade students of SDN 164 Pekanbaru and student learning outcomes have increased after using word card media in Indonesian language learning.
