Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Etos Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Di Balai Latihan Masyarakat Pekanbaru
This study aims to see and determine the direct and indirect influence of leadership and organizational culture on work ethic and employee performance at the Pekanbaru Community Training Center. The population in this study were all 118 employees at the Pekanbaru Community Training Center. In this study, the Probability Sampling technique was used and the sample was taken using the Slovin method to determine the amount to be studied. In distributing questionnaires, the sampling method in this study uses the stratified random sampling technique, this technique is used because the population is not homogeneous, that stratified random sampling is used when the population has members or elements that are not homogeneous and proportionally stratified. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis, using SPSS software. The results in this study indicate that leadership and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on work ethic. Leadership, organizational culture and work ethic have a significant positive effect on performance. Leadership has no effect on employee performance through work ethic. High or low work ethic within employees has no effect on increasing the influence of leadership on employee performance. Organizational culture has no effect on employee performance through work ethics. High or low work ethic within employees has no effect on increasing the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.
