Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt.Bank Negara Indonesia Lnc Pekanbaru
This study aims to test and analyze influence leadership and career development in performance with motivation as an intervening variable at PT Bank Negara Indonesia. LNC Pekanbaru.
The research data consisted of primary and secondary data. Data were collected using a questionnaire given to 63 employee of PT. Bank Negra Indonesia LNC Pekanbaru with the census method. Descriptive analysis method is used to explain the characteristics of the respondents and the research hypothesis is carried out by using relevant statistical tests. The variables used are leadership and career development as independent variables, employee performance as the dependent variable and motivation as an intervening variable. Testing was carried out with Partial Least Square analysis using the WarpPLS program.
The results of this study consisted of leadership having a significant and positive direct influence on motivation, career development had a significant and positive direct influence on motivation, leadership had a significant and positive direct influence on employee performance, career development had a significant and positive direct influence on motivation. employee performance, and motivation have a direct and significant positive effect on employee performance. Indirect testing shows that motivation has a positive role in influencing leadership and career development on employee performance. If leadership in the company and career development are improved, it will increase employee motivation and performance so that they can achieve company goals effectively and efficiently.
