ABSTRACT
The amount of fuel production that is less than the amount demanded by
the world community causes the fuel supply to be expected to run out of stock.
Therefore, various efforts were made to save fuel consumption. Not only focus on
efforts to discover new and renewable energy, but also focus on efforts to use
energy that is efficient. Fuel savings can be done by reducing the weight of an
energy-efficient car frame, because the weight of an energy-efficient car has a
large enough effect that it largely determines the amount of fuel consumption.
The Asykar Urban car frame Diesel is a place for installing or placing
components of energy-efficient cars in the urban category. The frame of the
Asykar Urban Diesel made with lightweight Aluminum 6061 with high strength
and good machining and weldability. The manufacture of the Asykar Urbancar
frame Diesel through several stages including measurement, cutting, and
connection. The connection between the parts of the Asykar Urban Diesel car
frame carried out by welding. The result this energy-efficient car frame is the
Asykar Urban Diesel car frame which is light, strong and in accordance with the
technical drawing.
