ABSTRACT
Hydraulic jack is one of the simple machine used to lift weights to the desired position with a
small force. In the existing briquette press tool, hydraulic jacks are also used for mold presses.
The hydraulic jack used previously had been paired with a pressure gauge but there was a leak.
Therefore, to maximize the jack work at the same time can provide information on the size of the
pressure given jack, then done used jack cleavage to get an understanding of the flow and work
system jack. Pressure gauge installation point is done on the side of the jack tread. The jack
tread is hollowed out using a drill machine using an eye drill diameter of 11 mm, and made
threaded using a tap by looking at the provisions of the table thread pipe size of 1/4 inch.
Furthermore, assembly with double brass nepel, elbow and pressure gauge. Split used jacks are
used for jack props.
