Perancangan Automatic Task Machine (Atm) Untuk Paket Logistik Dengan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (Ahp) Dan Design For Manufactur (Dfm)
ABSTRACT
ATM for Logistics Package is the development of a device called automatic
machine measuring of mass and dimension, which combines a machine vision
machine working principle which functions to measure dimensions plus other
components in the form of a load cell that functions to measure the mass of an
object. The development carried out is the addition of components in the form of
insert cards, screens, navigation buttons, receipt printers, automatic package
doors and package delivery mechanisms to the storage room. The Analytical
Hirerachy Process (AHP) method was chosen as a method for determining the
ATM design for the optimal logistics package based on a questionnaire given to
the expert, to choose the best alternative decision. The consumer needs
questionnaire is based on several indicators, namely: ergonomics, digital image
measurement, packet transmission, and package storage. Initial questionnaires
were made to get priority consumer needs which were then used for initial design.
The next step is selecting the optimal design using AHP involving experts based
on indicators of a product and the highest indicator value obtained for the
logistics package ATM is "digital image measurement" with a value of 5.22 and
the optimal design choice is "alternative 3". So that we get design indicators to
consider the cost of manufacturing product designs with the aim of minimizing the
cost of making ATMs for logistics packages. Minimum manufacturing costs are
alternative 3, namely IDR 6,777,000.
