Pengaruh Motivasi Usaha, Budaya Kerja Dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Umkm Yang Dimoderasi Oleh Kemampuan Manajemen Pada Umkm Mitra Binaan Pt.Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Bandara Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru
The research was conducted on fostered partner MSMEs of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport Pekanbaru. The objective is to find out the direct effect of business motivation, work culture and work experience on the performance of MSMEs with management ability as the moderation variable. The research has 120 MSMEs as samples. Variables used are business motivation, work culture, work experience, and management ability as moderation. The data was analyzed by using SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis operated by WarpPLS 3.2.7 program.
The research results show that there are positive and significant effects of business motivation, work culture, and work experience toward the performace of MSMEs. Whereas work culture and work experience moderated by management ability have positive effects but not significant toward the performance of MSMEs. Whereas business motivation moderated by management ability has positive and significant effects toward the performance of MSMEs.
