Kandungan Logam Berat Pb Dan Zn Dalam Organ Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus) Dari Danau Oxbow Di Kecamatan Siak Hulu, Kampar

Abstract
The Lubuk Siam and Pinang Dalam oxbow lakes are located along the Kampar
River bank. As the Kampar River receive heavy metal contained pollutant, the
fish that are living in those lakes may accumulated the heavy metals such as Pb
and Zn. To understand the Pb and Zn content in the organs of Hemibagrus
nemurus, a study has been conducted on March-April 2020. The skin, liver, and
kidney of the fish obtained from both lakes ware analyzed for Pb and Zn content,
using an Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). Results shown the Pb in
the kidney, liver and skin of fish from the Lubuk Siam Lake are as follows 0,0801
mg/kg; 0,0774 mg/kg; 0,0658 mg/kg. While Zn in the kidney, liver, and skin of
fish from the Lubuk Siam Lake are as follows 1,1929 mg/kg; 0,6187 mg/kg; and
0,5753 mg/kg respectively. Pb in the liver, skin and kidney of fish from the
Pinang Dalam Lake are as follows 0,953 mg/kg; 0,1007 mg/kg; 0,1236 mg/kg;
0,953 mg/kg. While Zn in the kidney, skin and liver of fish from the Lubuk Siam
Lake are as follows 1,1275 mg/kg; 0,8804 mg/kg; 0,6796 mg/kg; respectively.
Based on data obtained, it can be concluded that the heavy metal content in the
organs of fish from the Lubuk Siam and Pinang Dalam oxbow lakes are low.
