Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Variabel Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt. Meganusa Intisawit Indrasakti Mill Indragiri Hulu
This study aims to analyze and examine the Effect of Competence and Incentives on Performance with Work Discipline Variables as Intervening Variables at PT. Meganusa Intisawit Indrasakti Mill, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses technical data analysis in the form of validity test, reliability test and path analysis. The parameters measured are employee competence, incentives from the company, employee performance towards the company and work discipline of employees of PT. Meganusa Intisawit Indrasakti Mill, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
The results showed that competence had a significant positive effect on discipline. Incentives have a significant effect on discipline. Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Incentives have a significant effect on employee performance. Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Indirect competence through discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Incentives indirectly through discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.
