Gambaran Hasil Pemeriksaan Laboratorium Pasien Lupus Eritematosus Sistemik (Les) Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2015-2019

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (LES) is a complex autoimmune disease that
characterized by varies manifestations of organ systems. Systemic Lupus
Erythematosus is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease cause by errorneous
immune system that attacks the body’s own tissues and organs. The purpose of this
research was to describe laboratory examination on LES patients on RSUD Arifin
Achmad Riau Province 2015-2019. The design of this study was a descriptive study
with a retrospective approach that obtained secondary data from medical records of
LES patients. The results showed that the most common sex was females (94.7%) with
the most age group found was 15-24 years (34,7%). The results of laboratory
examinations based on the immunologic disorders were positive ANA test (85,33%),
positive ANA Profile test (83,78%) and positive anti-dsDNA test (61,6%). The results
of laboratory examinations based on the hematologic disorders were anemia
(82,3%), thrombocytopenia (28,6%), leukopenia (25,1%), lymphopenia (48,4%) and
positive LE cells (37,5%). The results of laboratory examinations based on the renal
disorders were proteinuria (61,6%), positive urine sediment (61,6%) and high
creatinine (27,4%)
