Gambaran Penatalaksanaan Hemodialisis Preoperative Pada Uropati Obstruktif Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2014-2018

The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of
mechanical obstructive uropathy patients undergoing preoperative hemodialysis
at Arifin Achmad Hospital Pekanbaru in 2014-2018. Material & method: The
research design used was a retrospective descriptive approach whose data was
obtained from secondary data by searching at medical records. The research
sample was taken based on the total sampling method, which took all patients
during the study period. Result: We obtained 50 research subjects. Most patients
were male, aged 51-60 years, most diagnoses were ureteric and bladder stones.
The ureum level of the patient was mostly 140-180 mg/dL, while the creatinine
level was mostly 7.1-10.0 mg/dL. Most patients underwent hemodialysis 1 to 2
times and were hospitalized for 1 to 5 days. Conclusion: Prominent
characteristics of mechanical obstructive uropathy patients undergo preoperative
hemodialysis in our hospital were male, pre-elderly, having urinary tract stones,
high ureum level, very high creatinine level, less frequency of hemodialysis, and
hospitalized in short period.
