Pola Sensitivitas Antibiotik Pada Hasil Kultur Sputum Pasien Pneumonia Di Bangsal Penyakit Dalam Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2019
Pneumonia is an acute lower respiratory tract infection in the lung parenchyma
which are caused by microorganism and one of them is bacteria, so that
antibiotics are often used as therapy in pneumonia. Consideration of appropriate
antimicrobial selection and avoid overuse is necessary to prevent resistance. The
purpose of this research is to know about bacterial pattern and their antibiotics
sensitivity of pneumonia patient in internal disease ward of Arifin Achmad
General Hospital in Riau Province 2019. This research used descriptive and
retrospective design with the total isolates as much 35 isolates. This research has
been carried out by taking data in Medical Record and Microbiology of the
clinical Patologi Laboratory Arifin Achmad General Hospital In Riau Province.
The most commonly isolated bacteria of sputum culture were Pseudomonas
aeruginosa (40%). Antibiotics sensitivity pattern showed that Gram-negative
bacteria have the highest sensitivity to amikasin and Gram-positive bacteria is the
most sensitive to meropenem.
