Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Penetapan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Azka Baby Kids Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at Azka Baby Kids Pekanbaru, located on Jalan
Harapan highway No. 390, East Tengkerang, Tenayan Raya, Pekanbaru City. The
problem in this study is that the company's sales target has not been achieved in the
last four years and the percentage of sales target achievement has fluctuated, this is
thought to be influenced by consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to
determine the effect of service quality and pricing on consumer satisfaction users of
Azka Baby Kids Pekanbaru products. In this research the method used is quantitative
descriptive with SPSS program. The population in this study is consumers who use
Azka Baby Kids Pekanbaru products, amounting to 732 consumers. Samples were
taken based on the method using the Slovin formula that is 100 respondents.
Hypothesis testing uses simple linear analysis methods and multiple linear
analysis with the results showing that service quality and pricing have a positive and
significant effect on customer satisfaction on Azka Baby Kids Pekanbaru. With the
calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) simple service quality to
satisfaction obtained an R Square value of 0.24 or 24% and the price determination
of customer satisfaction obtained a value of 0.295 or 29.5% and the calculation of
determination (R2) multiple values obtained R Square of 0.345. This shows that the
quality of service and pricing has an effect of 34.5% on consumer satisfaction Azka
Baby Kids Pekanbaru, while the remaining 65.5% is influenced by other variables
not examined in this study.
