Pengaruh Disiplin, Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
This study aims to see and determine the direct effect of discipline, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Education and Training Personnel Board of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The design or design used is cross sectional, namely a research design by measuring or observing at the same time or at one time. The population in this study were 31 employees at the Education and Training Personnel Board of Kuantan Singingi Regency. Given the small population, in this study the entire population will be used as a sample census method. Thus, the sample in this study amounted to 31 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study was SEM PLS, using SmartPLS software. The results in this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline, motivation and performance partially on employee performance.
