Pengaruh Bauran Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Meminjam Dan Kepuasan Nasabah Ued-Sp Bumdes Karya Bersama Desa Titian Resak Kecamatan Siberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
This study aims to analyze the effect of Advertising, Sales Promotion. Public relations on borrowing decisions. The effect of borrowing decisions on customer satisfaction. The influence of advertising, sales promotion, public relations on customer satisfaction through borrowing decisions. The population in this study were all customers of UED-SP BUMDes Karya Bersama Titian Resak Village, Siberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, totaling 526 customers. While the sample used was 84 people.
The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling by using the WarpPLS software.
The results showed that advertising had a positive and significant effect on borrowing decisions. Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on borrowing decisions. Public relations have a positive and significant effect on borrowing decisions. Advertising has a positive and significant effect on Borrowing Decisions through Borrowing Decisions. Sales Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Borrowing Decisions through Borrowing Decisions. Public relations have a positive and significant effect on Borrowing Decisions through Borrowing Decisions. Borrowing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
