Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Harga Terhadap Keputusan Dan Kepuasan Pengguna Pada Jasa Transportasi Ojek Online (Studi Pada Pelanggan Go-Jek Di Kota Pekanbaru)
This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Price on Decisions and User Satisfaction in Online Ojek Transportation Services (Study on Go-Jek Customers in Pekanbaru). Sampling using purposive sampling method so that the number of samples to be used is 145 samples. Data analysis used path analysis with the help of the SPSS program.
The results showed that the quality of service has an effect on Go-jek user decisions in Pekanbaru City. Then the price affects the decision of Go-jek users in Pekanbaru City. User decisions affect Go-jek user satisfaction in Pekanbaru City. Furthermore, service quality affects user satisfaction through user decisions. Price affects user satisfaction through user decisions. This means that user decisions are able to mediate the effect of service quality and price on Go-jek user satisfaction in Pekanbaru City.
Go-Jek leaders in the city of Pekanbaru must improve services, especially from the readiness of driver attributes such as Go-Jek helmets and jackets so that consumers feel safe and comfortable when making purchases. Go-Jek leader in Pekanbaru city to pay attention to price application to match competitors. Thus consumers become more loyal in using the Gojek services.
