This study aims to see and determine the direct and indirect effect of the analysis of the influence of leadership and work environment on work discipline and employee performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar Kampar Riau District. The population in this study were employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Pagar Kampar Riau District. The total population is 138 employees. The sampling technique uses the census sampling method in which all members of the population are sampled.
The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was path analysis using SPSS software. The results in this study indicate that leadership and work environment influence work discipline. Leadership, work environment and work discipline affect employee performance. Leadership and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance through work discipline.
