One form of policy carried out by the government, namely the Social Protection Policy, which was also introduced internationally with the term Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT), has proven its results that it is quite successful in the socio-economic conditions experienced in several countries, one of which is Mexico, the results of research by Skoufias and Susan. where the Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) program in Mexico can improve the quality of education.
This study is a quantitative study, the population in this study were all recipients of PKH assistance in the District of Peranap as many as 446 families. The technique used in determining the sample is Non Probability Sampling where this technique limits or does not give equal rights to all populations to be samples, the determination of the sample uses the Slovin formula calculation with a level of 10%, which is 82 respondents. The data analysis method is a method to obtain an accurate understanding and understanding of an object through describing its parts, observing and examining the relevant relationships between the parts of the integral conception that are formed. Regression analysis is used to see the effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable, in research that uses one independent variable and the dependent variable, the multiple regression model analysis method is used through the simple least squares analysis technique (OLS) with the help of the Eviews 10 application.
The results of this study indicate that PKH Assistance has a significant positive effect on the educational achievement of PKH recipients in Kec. Kab. Indragiri Hulu. Which means that the more PKH assistance received, the higher the educational achievement of PKH recipients in Kec. Kab. Indragiri Hulu. The level of child attendance has a significant positive effect on the educational achievement of children receiving PKH in Kec. Kab. Indragiri Hulu. Which means that the increased attendance of children will increase the educational achievement of children receiving PKH in Kec. Kab. Indragiri Hulu. Parent's income has a significant positive effect on the educational achievement of children receiving PKH in Kec. Kab. Indragiri Hulu. If the income of parents increases, it will increase the educational achievement of children receiving PKH in Kec. Kab. Indragiri Hulu. The education level of parents has a significant positive effect on the educational achievement of children receiving PKH in Kec. Kab. Indragiri Hulu. If the education of parents increases, it will increase the educational achievement of children receiving PKH in Kec. Kab. Indragiri Hulu
