Pengaruh Modal, Bahan Baku, Dan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Produksi Ikan Salai Patin Di Kecamatan Kampar

This research aims to determine the effect of capital, raw materials and
labor on the production of catfish salai in kampar district. The samples of this
research are catfish salai indutry in kampar district are 16 industries. This study
uses primary data from respondents in the catfish salai industri in Kampar
District, and secondary data from Department of Industry and Labor of Kampar
Regency and other department that has correlation to this study. Analysis of data
is carried out using multiple regression method wth the aid of SPPS version 21.0
computer program.
The result of this research showed that simultaneously (F test) produces
a calculated F value of 256,06 where F count is bigger than F table (256,06 >
3,49). It can be concluded that capital, raw materials and labor has a significant
effect on the production of catfish salai in Kampar District. The linerar tes (t test)
shows that capital, raw materials and labor has a positive and signifant effect on
the production of catfish salai in Kampar District. The result of the determination
coefficient (R2)of the independent variables on the dependent variable obtained a
value of 98,5% while the remaining 1,5% is influenced by other variables not
discussed in this study.
