Analisis Kinerja Bank Sampah Di Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar

This study aims to determine the performance of the waste bank seen from the
participation level of the waste bank members and the recycling rate of waste at
the waste bank in Bangkinang Kota District and to determine the performance of
the waste bank seen from the level of effectiveness and level of efficiency. The
population in this study were 7 waste bank managers in Bangkinang Kota. The
sampling technique used census techniques, so the samples in this study were 7
waste bank managers. The data collection methods used in this study were
questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data in this study were analyzed
descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the service ratio or
participation level of the waste bank members with an average value is in the
medium category. As for the output or recycling rate of waste at the waste bank
with an average value of 26.505 kg / year. The performance of the waste bank for
the level of effectiveness of waste utilization with an average value is in the low
category. Meanwhile, the performance of the waste bank for the efficient level of
the benefit to cost ratio with an average value is in the inappropriate category.
