Engaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Dan Suku Bunga Terhadap Investasi Dalam Negeri Di Kota Pekanbaru Periode 2015q1-2019q4

This analysis aims to find out the huge influence of gross regional domestic product and interest rates on domestic investment in Pekanbaru city in the period 2015q1-2019q4. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative method and is partially or simultaneously analyzed using Engle Granger (EG-ECM) error correction model processed using E-Views 10. From the test results showed that gross regional domestic product and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on domestic investment in the long term. Simultaneously gross regional domestic product and interest rates significantly affect domestic investment in the long term in pekanbaru city period 2015q1-2019q4. While in the short term gross regional domestic product and interest rates have a positive and insignificant effect on domestic investment. However, simultaneously gross regional domestic product and interest rates significantly affect domestic investment in pekanbaru city in the period 2015q1-2019q4. In the short term, it is also known that the Speed Of Adjustment or the speed of the process towards long-term balance influenced by the short-term balance is 1- λ which is 0,52472 or 52% so that the time needed for the overall adjustment process is 2 quarters or 6 months.
