The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of investment credit interest rates, exchange rates, national road conditions, and labor productivity on primary sector investment in Riau Province in 2008(S2)-2019(S2) in the short and long term. This research was conducted in Riau Province by measuring the influence of Investment Credit Interest Rates, Exchange Rates, National Road Conditions, and Labor Productivity on Primary Sector Investment in Riau Province in 2008(S2)-2019(S2).
The data used in this research is secondary data which is time series in nature. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. The analysis model used is multiple regression analysis. The data analysis technique used is an error correction model (ECM) using e-views 10 software.
The results of the analysis show that in the long term, investment credit interest rates and exchange rate have a negative and significant effect, while condition of national roads has a positive and significant effect, and labor productivity has a positive and insignificant effect on primary sector investment in Riau Province in 2008 (S2) – 2019 (S2). In the short term too, investment credit interest rates, exchange rates, and labor productivity have a negative and insignificant effect on primary sector investment in Riau Province in 2008 (S2) – 2019 (S2), while national road conditions have a positive and significant effect on primary sector investment in Riau Province in 2008 (S2) – 2019(S2).
