This study aims to determine the Factors Affecting Bad Loans at the Mekar Maju Savings and Loans Unit (USP) of Mekar Maju, Rupat Utara District, Bengkalis Regency. The research location is in Tanjung Medang Village, Rupat Utara District, Bengkalis Regency towards the Mekar Maju savings and loan unit (USP).
The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 59 respondents. The dependent variable in this study is bad credit (Y). while the independent variables in this study are income (X1), interest rates (X2) and time period (X3). This type of research is quantitative research and analyzed using logistic regression analysis with SPSS-24 program.
From the results of the study, it was found that income had a negative and significant effect on bad loans, interest rates had a positive and significant effect on bad loans, and time period had a negative and significant effect on bad loans.
