Efficiency of regional spending is one of the assessments carried out to determine the financial performance of an area. The more efficient the regional expenditure, the better the regional financial activity. This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Cash Transactions, Regional Original Income, and Fiscal Decentralization on Regional Expenditure Efficiency in Riau Province in 2010-2019. This research is a quantitative research using multiple regression analysis. As the data used is the data of each variable collected from the Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province.
The results of this study are Non-Cash Transactions have a negative and significant effect on Regional Expenditure Efficiency in Riau Province in 2010-2019. Regional Original Income has a negative and significant effect on Regional Expenditure Efficiency in Riau Province in 2010-2019. Fiscal Decentralization has a positive and significant impact on Regional Expenditure Efficiency in Riau Province in 2010-2019. Based on the Beta coefficient value, it can be seen that the Non-Cash Transaction variable is the variable that has the most influence on the efficiency of regional spending in Riau Province in 2010-2019.
