Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervenning Pada Pt Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk (Btpn) Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and
compensation on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional
(BTPN) Tbk Pekanbaru and to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and
compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
The population and research sample were 101 employees of PT Bank Tabungan
Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) Tbk Pekanbaru in 2019.
Primary data was collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the
results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use multiple regression
analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique chosen was the
census method (101 employees at PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk
Pekanbaru).
The results showed that: 1) there is a significant effect of work discipline on

significant effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan
Pensiunan Nasional Tbk Pekanbaru, 3) there is a significant influence between Work
Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance At PT Bank Tabungan
Pensiunan Nasional Tbk Pekanbaru, 4) there is a significant effect of Work Discipline on
employee performance with job decisions as an intervening variable at PT Bank
Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk Pekanbaru, 5) there is no effect of compensation on
performance employees with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Bank
Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk Pekanbaru, 6) there is a significant influence between
Work Discipline and Compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an
intervening variable at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk, 7) there is a
significant eeffect of Job Satisfaction on performance at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan
Nasional Tbk
