In the current global era, some people feel that investment is needed to ensure the economy. Mutual fund investment is an investment that is being widely used in the capital market today. This mutual fund investment makes it very easy for investors to implement management by professional parties, namely investment managers, so that the limitations in direct investment can be overcome. Before investing, investors should know the performance of the selected mutual funds, and the investment manager's activities as fund managers include activities in determining asset allocation policies. Mutual fund investment will be more attractive with good corporate governance within the company. In its development, mutual funds apply sharia principles in carrying out their business strategies. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of investment manager performance and asset allocation policies simultaneously or partially on the performance of Islamic equity funds moderated by good corporate governance. The number of samples used in the study were 40 Islamic equity funds, determined by sampling techniquespurposive sampling. The method used in this research is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that 1) the performance of investment managers affects the performance of equity funds, 2) the asset allocation policy affects the performance of equity funds and 3) good corporate governance also affects the performance of equity funds, and 4) corporate governance. good corporate governance can moderate the relationship between investment manager performance and equity fund performance. 5) Good corporate governance can moderate the relationship between asset allocation policies and mutual fund performance.
