Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Pada Dorkoro Classic Custompart Di Pekanbaru Dengan Pendekatan Analisis Swot
The success of the creative industry sector has contributed greatly in creating the current national economic structure. One of the growing creative industries in Pekanbaru city is the custom motorbike business, the Dorkoro Classic Custompart. This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the business development of Dorkoro Classic Custompart Pekanbaru. The analysis method used is the SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). This research was conducted on Duyung S.t, No.25, West Tengkerang, Marpoyan Damai Sub-District, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were Dorkoro Classic Custompart Pekanbaru business actors. The technique of selecting the sample of respondents was done by purposive sampling, namely data were collected by interview, observation, and questionnaire. Types of data consist of primary and secondary data.
The results of the SWOT analysis matrix value can be obtained from the internal factor 10 and the value from the external factor matrix 5. The strategy that should be chosen is the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy, because the business unit is in a very profitable position or has the strength and opportunity. The strategy that must be implemented is to use internal strength and have the opportunity to be developed. Based on the analysis of internal and external factors, the business development strategy of Dorkoro Classic Custompart Pekanbaru is to improve production quality, expand market share, create special showrooms, and create social media contents.
