Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Pegadaian Kanwil Ii-Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work
motivation on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Pawnshop Regional Office II
Pekanbaru. To obtain high job satisfaction, the company must have quality human
resources. The factors that determine the level of employee job satisfaction include
the company's work environment. The work environment shows everything that is
around the workers and which can affect them in carrying out the tasks assigned to
them. The second factor that can affect employee job satisfaction is work
motivation. This motivation can be done by providing encouragement and input
that can arouse employee morale at work, so that employee job satisfaction can be
achieved.
The population in this study were employees of PT. Pawnshop Regional
Office II Pekanbaru with a sample of 87 people calculated using the Probability
Sampling technique. Types and sources of data in the study were primary data and
secondary data using questionnaires, interviews and company documents. The data
analysis used is to use the help of the SPSS application.
The results showed that partially work environment and work motivation
have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction and simultaneously work
environment and work motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction of
employees of PT. Pawnshop Regional Office II Pekanbaru.
