Pengaruh Citra Merek Dan Kualitas Produk Nourish Skin Terhadap Minat Beli Pelanggan (Studi Kasus Pada Pt. Antarmitra Sembada)
Basically, supplement products are known to be one of the products that are
increasingly favored by the wider community of various backgrounds and ages. More and
more brands of similar products in the market means giving customers the freedom to
choose a brand that suits their tastes, therefore it is very necessary for companies to
analyze the behavior of supplement product customers to find out their buying patterns.
With so many supplement product brands on the market, it will encourage companies to
compete for potential customers through various appropriate strategies.
This research was conducted at PT. Antarmitra Sembada Pekanbaru. Which is
located at Jl.Gotong Royong Labuh Baru, Payung Sekaki city of Pekanbaru, Riau. 28292.
The research location was chosen because PT. Intermitra Sembada Pekanbaru has a
problem that is the consumer buying interest of Nourish Skin products in the last 4 (four)
years has not reached the target. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine
and analyze the effect of brand image, product quality on customer buying interest in
nourish skin products at PT. Antarmitra Sembada and to find out and analyze the
influence of brand image and product quality on customer buying interest in nourish skin
products at PT. Inter-Partner Sembada.
In this research the methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with the
SPSS program, where the samples used are customers of PT. Antarmitra Sembada
registered as customers in the beginning of 2018 until the end of 2018 totaling 550
Pharmacies and drug stores in Pekanbaru. To determine the sample using the Slovin
formula, the sampling method with accidental sampling. Data collection techniques
through interviews, observations and questionnaires.
From the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing 1 using SPSS, it was found
that the brand image variable has a positive and significant influence on buying interest.
Based on the test results on hypothesis 2, it is obtained that the product quality variable
partially has a strong influence in influencing buying interest. Based on testing on
hypothesis 3 which says brand image and product quality are factors that influence
buying interest in nourish skin products at PT. Antarmitra Sembada Pekanbaru are
accepted.
