Pembuatan Rangka Dan Bodi Sepeda Air Listrik
In this final project, an electric water bike has been made that can be
used as a means of playing or entertainment. In this final project, the author adds
an electric controller and body to the frame, for this reason, an electric water bike
frame and body has been made. The fabricaton of the frame uses AISI 1080 black
steel pipe with a diameter of 38.1 mm, the connection process uses SMAW
welding. Fabricaton of a body to cover electrical components and protect the
rider in the event of a short circuit, the body is made of 90% polyester resin
matrix composite, 10% glass fiber with this method hand lay up. In testing the
electric water bike, the electric water bike is able to withstand a maximum load of
120 kg. In the speed experiment that has been carried out, it is known that the
average speed of an electric water bike is 0.48 m/s.
