Gambaran Tingkat Fleksibilitas Pada Atlet Sepak Bola Pusat Pendidikan Dan Latihan Pelajar (Pplp) Pekanbaru Menggunakan Metode Sit And Reach Test
Soccer athletes need flexibility to play well. One component of physical fitness is
flexibility. Flexibility is defined as the ability of muscles to elongate / extend as much as possible
so that the body can move with maximum Range of Motion (ROM) without being accompanied
by discomfort or pain. The higher the level of flexibility, the risk of injury is reduced,because of
that, to have a high level of flexibility is very important for athletes. This research an
observational descriptive study with a sample of all Pekanbaru PPLP soccer athletes measured
using the sitt and reach test method and use a bar. The result of this study found that the most
