Gambaran Hasil Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Dengan Ultrasonografi Posisi Supine Pada Tatalaksana Batu Ginjal Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau
Nephrolitiasis (kidney stones) is a condition where stones are found in
the pelvis or renal calyx. The treatment of urinary tract stones can be performed
minimally invasive using Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). PCNL is a
kidney stone treatment procedure that is considered relatively safe, effective,
cheap, comfortable and has low morbidity when compared to open surgery. In
the beginning, PCNL was mostly done in the Prone position, meanwhile
nowadays there are many reported PCNL procedures in the Supine position
which are considered to be safer and more effective than the Prone position.
PCNL procedure of kidney stones performed using Ultrasonography (USG)
guided only. This research is a retrospective descriptive research which aims to
know about the description of PCNL results with USG in the Supine position in
the treatment of kidney stones at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau. We found there
were 72 cases of kidney stones that were treated with PCNL with USG in the
Supine position. The length of stay after surgery was < 3 days (59.7%). Stone
free rate was 68 cases (94.4%), postoperative infection only 1 case (98.6%),
postoperative blood transfusion only 1 case (98.6%), and additional open surgery
after PCNL surgery only1 case (98.6%).
