Gambaran Penatalaksanaan Karsinoma Transisional Buli Stadium Invasi Otot Dengan Sistektomi Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Periode 2013-2020
Bladder carcinoma is the eleventh highest number of malignancies
globally, and 90% of them are bladder cancer types of transitional cell
carcinoma.. They are making bladder carcinoma diagnoses based on
physical examination and supporting examinations in laboratory and
radiology. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of
the management of transitional carcinoma in muscle invasion stage by
cystectomy. The research design used was a retrospective descriptive
approach obtained from secondary data by searching for medical
records in 2013-2020. The study sample was taken based on the total
sampling method, which took all patients during the study period. The
results as many as 9 study subjects, patients with muscle-invasive
bladder cancer more common in men and often found in the age group
>50 years. The most common clinical symptom is hematuria and
urinary retention. Management muscle-invasive bladder cancer, most
of which was radical cystectomy in 8 cases (88,9%), the most urinary
diversion was ureterocutaneostomy 8 cases (88,9%) and based on
complications most found less than one month of cystectomy, namely 4
cases (44,4%).
